Terms of service
These terms cover your use of the TapToRate website and any order you place with us. By using the site or ordering, you agree to them.
Last updated: July 2026
1. Who we are
TapToRate (“we”, “us”) sells custom NFC + QR Google review cards. “You” means the person or business using our site or placing an order.
2. Orders and pricing
Prices are shown on the site in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We may update prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. An order is accepted once we confirm it; we may decline or cancel an order (and refund you) if we can't fulfil it.
3. Custom products
Cards are personalised and made to order based on the design and review link you provide. Please check your details carefully — see our returns & refunds policy for how change-of-mind, faults and errors are handled.
4. Your content and rights
When you upload a logo, business name or other content, you confirm you own it or have the right to use it, and you grant us the licence needed to print and produce your order. You're responsible for making sure your content doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the site or products for anything unlawful, misleading, or that breaches Google's review policies (for example, incentivising reviews or hiding negative ones). TapToRate is a tool to make leaving a genuine review easy — nothing more.
6. Intellectual property
Our website, designs and branding remain ours. Your business's own content remains yours. Buying a card doesn't transfer ownership of any of our underlying design templates or software.
7. Consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. If a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will replace it. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any other loss is limited to replacing the product.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you order is the one that applies to that order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the state in which we operate.
